Acquisition Advice

We provide advice, research and market analysis that empowers collectors to make informed acquisition decisions and develop overarching strategies that maximise the value, quality, coherence and significance of their collection. Sophie Coupland brings 25 years of expertise and privileged knowledge of the market to helping collectors build and strengthen their collections. She offers a personalised art advisory service that covers all aspects of building, managing and realising the potential of a collection. She can help build and refine the focus of a collection. She assists with every aspect of buying and selling, from delivering quality research to negotiating private treaty sales and auction representation.

With comprehensive knowledge of contemporary artists, long established relationships with galleries and auction houses and a finger on the pulse of the art market, collectors are provided with access to opportunities in the market as they arise.

SELLING

The sale of works in order to maximise return

We have worked with many collectors to sell select works as well as entire collections and provide impartial, objective advice. We provide market valuations and advice as to the most appropriate means of sale to maximise the value of collections or individual works. We handle all aspects of negotiation and logistics throughout the sale process.
